El Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE) concluyó el escrutinio en Napo y Galápagos, y fueron las primeras provincias en donde las actas han sido contabilizadas en su totalidad.
Con las 219 actas computadas, en Napo, el “No” gana en las 9 de las 10 preguntas con una diferencia de cerca de 20 puntos sobre el “Sí”.
Mientras, en Galápagos, con 53 actas escrutadas, el “Sí” gana en todas las preguntas.
